What to expect when submitting your taxes electronically:
Complete the form and upload your documents using our secure form on our website (same level security that online banking uses)
We will prepare your taxes and phone you if we have any questions.
Once you taxes are complete, we will email you to sign them using a simple electronic signing software. The system will prompt you to simply click to sign where necessary. The system will then automatically send us back your signed documents once completed.
After we receive your signed tax return back, we will file it with the CRA.
Average time to complete your taxes from the time we receive them to the time we send to you for signature is 5-10 business days.
