With the current Covid-19 situation and in care of our clients and employees, we have two Covid-safe options for filing your taxes:

1. Visit us at our 105 Kenneth St location in downtown Duncan. We have installed plexiglass to create a barrier for physically dropping off and picking up your taxes, cleaning of our interac machine after every use, and limiting to one person at a time to ensure safe distancing.

2. Submit your tax files to us online using our secure form at the link below. Signature and payment can all be done electronically as well.

If you need to take a photo of your tax documents for upload, we recommend using a scanner or the Tiny Scanner app if using a mobile device for better clarity.

**Form is served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking.

What to expect when submitting your taxes electronically:

- Complete the form and upload your documents using our secure form on our website (same level security that online banking uses)

- We will prepare your taxes and phone you if we have any questions.
- Once you taxes are complete, we will email you to sign them using a simple electronic signing software. The system will prompt you to simply click to sign where necessary. The system will then automatically send us back your signed documents once completed.
- After we receive your signed tax return back, we will file it with the CRA.
- Average time to complete your taxes from the time we receive them to the time we send to you for signature is 5-10 business days.
