With the current Covid-19 situation and the encouragement of social distancing, our office will be closed for in-person tax drop-offs and meetings from March 19th - March 31st while we monitor the situation.

During this time we encourage you to submit your information and tax documents electronically using the secure form at the link button below.

If you need to take a photo of your tax documents for upload, we recommend using a scanner or the Tiny Scanner app if using a mobile device for better clarity.

We are hoping to reopen on April 1st depending on the recommendations from Health Canada at that time.

Submit your tax documents to us via the secure form:

**Form is served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking.

What to expect when submitting your taxes electronically:

- Complete the form and upload your documents using our secure form on our website (same level security that online banking uses)

- We will prepare your taxes and phone you if we have any questions.
- Once you taxes are complete, we will password protect the files and email them to for signing (the CRA has recently announced that electronic signatures will be accepted)
- After we receive your signed tax return back from you, we will file it with the CRA.
- Average time to complete your taxes is 5-10 business days.

Please feel free to call or email us if you have any questions:
